inacta AG relies on its specially-developed information management (IM) model when carrying out projects. The inacta IM model is based on the AIIM ECM Roadmap and is used in defining terminology and classifying information management components. The definition of terminology makes it easier to develop a common understanding of the individual solution elements and to integrate them into a comprehensive, customized, customer-specific solution.
